Concorso Campus dei Licei Schio
Concorso di progettazione per il disegno degli spazi aperti e per la realizzazione di un nuovo auditorium e di un edificio per servizi nel CAMPUS DEI LICEI a Schio
Il progetto per il ridisegno delle aree all’interno degli spazi aperti e i nuovi edifici (l’Auditorium e il Centro Servizi) nel "Campus dei Licei" di Schio si è sviluppato attorno alle linee guida indicate nel bando di gara, che individuano chiaramente le necessità che tali strutture dovranno soddisfare. Sono stati dunque individuati i seguenti obiettivi:
- rispondenza dimensionale e funzionale degli ambienti e degli spazi aperti a quanto richiesto;
- rispetto dei parametri di edificazione previsti;
- rispetto dei criteri architettonici indicati nel progetto urbanistico;
- integrazione delle nuove opere con l’ambiente;
- riorganizzazione delle funzioni e sviluppo del concetto di “Isola Ambientale”;
- creazione di percorsi che possano assolvere alla funzione di far convivere “armonicamente” i pedoni, i ciclisti e le auto;
I suddetti parametri, possono infine essere sintetizzati in quello che è stato comunque il principale tema conduttore dell’ipotesi progettuale e cioè quello di creare un ideale percorso tra i nuovi edifici e quelli esistenti, attraverso la rifunzionalizzazione dei percorsi e degli spazi. I nuovi oggetti, l’Auditorium e il Centro Servizi, diventano nuovi centri di aggregazione e, con la loro carica espressiva, veri e propri “poli di attrazione”, anche e non solo, visiva.
Design contest for open spaces design and realization of a new auditorium and a service building in CAMPUS DEI LICEI in Schio
The plan for the redesign of the areas inside the open spaces and the new buildings (the Auditorium and the “Centro Servizi”) in the “Campus dei Licei” (High school Campus) in the town of Schio has been developed around the guidelines indicated in the competition notice, that they clearly characterize the necessities that such structures will have to satisfy. They have been therefore characterize the following subjects:
- dimensional and functional correspondence between the new and the old buildings and the open spaces as demanded;
- observance of the previewed urban parameters;
- observance of the architectonic criteria indicated in the urban plan;
- integration of the new buildings with the environment;
- reorganization of the functions and development of the concept of the “Isola pedonale” (pedestrian isle).
- creation of distances that can acquit to the function to make to cohabit the pedestrians, the cyclist and the cars in a harmonious way.
The aforesaid parameters, can finally be synthetized to you in what it has been however the main topic of the project idea and that is that one to create an ideal path between the new buildings and those existing, through the planning of a “connection system” and the spaces. The new objects, mainly the Auditorium and the “Centro Servizi” building, become new centers of aggregation and, with their expressive forms, real “attraction poles”.
